Our staff are experienced, dedicated and fully support our school motto of "Striving to Succeed".
The school ethos is built around high expectations and a commitment to academic excellence. There is an expectation that every student will learn and achieve positive outcomes. Classrooms are calm but busy and interruptions to teaching time are kept to a minimum. There are no obvious behavioural problems and staff morale is high. There is a happy, optimistic feel to the school.
Brookstead State School is located 20 kilometres west of Pittsworth and 22 kilometres east of Millmerran along the Gore Highway right in the heart of the Darling Downs.
